Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction from your own currency.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, UK Maestro and PAY PAL Payments taken straight away . We will inform you of any backorder items or refunds when you receive the goods or if possible by phone or email . If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, we will send a receipt via email to you.

We will normally send your order to you in 1-3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 7 days although we can not guarantee the speed of the Postal services. Missing orders will not be replaced within 30 days of despatch, due to the unreliability of Postal Services. If you require an urgent international service then please contact us so and we will make arrangements and advise on costs.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund,excluding the cost of delivery . You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. We will exchange or refund unused purchases if returned within 14 days of purchase in the original condition and packaging, with a valid receipt. Items returned are done so at the customers own cost. Goods will be refunded minus the cost of Carriage as specified in the original Invoice.

Items returned for exchange may be liable to a further postage charge depending on the exchange item. Any faulty items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt and must be packaged securely, preferably in the original packaging.
All returned items must be returned with all the documentation, blank warranty cards and any other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We will endeavour to send your exchange items to you within 24 hours of receiving the returned item, subject to the exchange item being in stock. If returning items for a refund please allow up to 60 working days for your refund to appear on your card statement. Credit Card refunds are only available to the Credit Card used in the original transaction.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
